Subcontracting

Before the MICROFINISH® machines are approved for production, the specific surface microfinish machining process will often need to be proven first.  In our sample production we manufacture such workpieces under conditions which are comparable to a series production.  Thus functional improvement of the MICROFINISH® procedure for a specific machine can be tested before you make your decision.  
Likewise, we can perform subcontract work during production start-up or in case of production losses while a machine is being overhauled; this ensures that manufacturing standstills are a thing of the past. In case your production quantities do not justify the purchase of a Microfinish machine of your own, our subcontracting department is the solution.
