Solutions - Flat Surfaces

We offer solutions for machining one face or both faces at the same time. The machines range from one station to multiple stations. Depending on the machining system we can generate a defined geometric form. One micron flat or hollow at a Cpk 1.67 – see examples under Subcontracting or contact us for details.

The incoming quality of the work piece is rough turned, the hardness is about 60 HRC, and it was machined by the two-step method.

The workpiece length tolerance can be kept as well by using in-process gauging.
